Former litigation partner. Founder/CEO of Catalyst Repository Systems. Author of "Generative AI for Smart Discovery Professionals," "TAR for Smart People," "Winning with Computers," and three other legal and technology books. Named top five ediscovery pioneer by American Lawyer.
Maheswaran Muthu, Vice President, Software Development
Former development leader at Catalyst. He brought his experienced India team from Catalyst with him. They've been building industry-leading discovery platforms for over two decades.
Kendra Smith, Chief Operating Officer
Leads operations, client services, and business development. Kendra focused her legal experience on running large review teams for thousands of matters coupled with her operating experience leading an international review company.
Dr. William Webber, Chief Data Scientist
Melbourne-educated AI developer with post-doctoral work at the University of Maryland. Leads the design and development of Alchemy's search algorithms, machine learning models, and AI architecture.
Daniel Cybulski, Chief Information Security Officer
Former CIA Technology Director. MS in Information Systems Engineering, Johns Hopkins University. International cybersecurity consultant to major financial institutions and government organizations. Directs Merlin's security program and serves on the Technology Governance Committee.
Lew Visscher, Chief Financial Officer
Former CFO of Catalyst with a PwC auditing background and leadership with multiple startups.
